- Lead Generation & Calling: Proactively make outbound calls (cold calling) to potential customers and manage inbound inquiries to sell real estate projects.
- Customer Interaction: Explain project details, features, and investment benefits professionally via phone and email.
- Site Visit Scheduling: Fix, coordinate, and follow up on site visits between potential clients and field sales consultants.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, handling objections and closing deals.
- Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate daily records of calls, follow-ups, and client interactions in CRM systems.
- Targets & Reporting: Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets and prepare performance reports for management. [1, 2, 3, 4]
Key Requirements
- Experience: Generally 0-3 years in sales or telesales, with prior real estate experience preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication (verbal and written), strong negotiation, convincing skills, and customer-first approach.
- Education: Minimum 12th pass or equivalent; degree holders often preferred.
- Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office.
