Key Responsibilities-
- Oversee the overall operations and maintenance of MEP work.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of all services and utilities.
- Monitor maintenance schedules, AMCs, and asset records.
- Prepare maintenance reports, control operational expenses, and ensure compliance
- with safety and statutory regulations.
Age - 35-48 Yrs
Pay: ₹420,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
