- Sales and Booking: Convert inquiries into sales, booking flights, hotels, car rentals, and tours to meet revenue targets.
- Client Customization: Identify client needs, budget, and preferences to design personalized travel itineraries.
- Expert Advice: Advise clients on travel destinations, including local attractions, customs, weather, and necessary documents (visas/vaccinations).
- Customer Service: Maintain client relationships, handle complaints, and resolve unforeseen issues pre- and post-trip.
- Administration: Process payments, collect deposits, and maintain accurate electronic records of bookings.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on travel industry trends, vendor options, and new destinations
