Job Responsibilities
- Supervise ground-level workers and daily production activities
- Monitor and control production areas based on assigned tasks
- Ensure smooth workflow and adherence to operational procedures
- Coordinate with team members to meet production targets
- Maintain discipline, safety, and productivity on the production floor
Requirements
- Seafood industry experience preferred; freshers may also apply
- Age: 20–30 years
- Ability to supervise teams and manage production activities
- Willingness to work in day and night shifts
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Preference for candidates residing in or near Cherthala
