Position: Executive – Sales
Department: Sales (Real Estate Division)
Location: Mohali, Punjab
Experience Required: 3–5 Years (Real Estate Industry Mandatory)
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle direct sales of commercial real estate projects.
- Attend walk-ins, client meetings, and site visits to convert leads into sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain updated knowledge of project details, pricing, and offers.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and post-sales support.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Graduate or Postgraduate in Marketing/Business/Real Estate.
- 3–5 years of proven experience in property sales or real estate sector.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented, confident, and presentable personality.
Salary: As per industry standards.
