Job Summary
Vasu Infosec Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Executive to manage the complete tendering process for Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, CCTV, ELV, and Security System projects. The candidate should have experience in preparing tender documents, handling government and private tenders, coordinating with OEMs/vendors, and ensuring timely submission of bids.
Key Responsibilities
Search and identify relevant tenders from government and private portals.
Prepare and submit technical and commercial tender documents.
Handle tender documentation including BOQ, compliance sheets, quotations, EMD, and vendor registrations.
Coordinate with the estimation, design, procurement, and project teams for tender preparation.
Review tender requirements, eligibility criteria, and technical specifications.
Prepare costing and pricing with management approval.
Upload and submit tenders online through portals such as GeM, CPPP, Maharashtra e-Tendering, etc.
Maintain records of submitted tenders, quotations, and follow-up status.
Coordinate with clients regarding tender clarifications and updates.
Ensure timely renewal of digital signatures, registrations, and company certifications required for tender participation.
Follow up for tender results, purchase orders, and contract awards.
Required Skills
Knowledge of tendering process and documentation.
Experience in GeM and e-tendering portals.
Good understanding of Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, CCTV, ELV, or MEP systems preferred.
Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
Ability to read BOQ, drawings, and technical specifications.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Strong attention to detail and deadline management.
Qualification
Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering.
Certification or experience in tendering/e-procurement will be an added advantage.
Preferred Experience
Experience in Fire Fighting, CCTV, Security Systems, MEP, or Infrastructure industry preferred.
Knowledge of government tender procedures and documentation
