Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Telecaller to join our Diagnostic Centre. The Telecaller will be responsible for handling patient inquiries, booking appointments for diagnostic tests, following up with patients, providing information about services, and ensuring an excellent patient experience through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend inbound calls from patients and answer queries regarding diagnostic tests and health check-up packages.
- Make outbound calls for appointment confirmations, follow-ups, reminders, and promotional campaigns.
- Schedule and manage appointments for laboratory tests, imaging services, and health packages.
- Explain test procedures, preparation requirements, pricing, and available offers.
- Coordinate with laboratory, radiology, and front-desk teams for smooth patient service.
- Maintain accurate patient records and update details in the system.
- Follow up with patients for pending reports, feedback, and repeat visits.
- Handle patient concerns professionally and escalate issues when required.
- Promote health check-up packages and wellness programs to prospective patients.
- Ensure patient confidentiality and compliance with healthcare standards.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, healthcare, or diagnostic centre operations.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
- Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and diagnostic services will be an added advantage.

- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and local language.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage patient appointments efficiently.
- Sales and counselling skills for promoting health packages.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
