Job Overview :
Sudha Prime Realty is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with practical knowledge of affiliate marketing, paid advertising, lead generation, and conversion optimization.
The selected candidate will work independently on US-based affiliate product promotions and will be evaluated based on campaign execution and measurable performance.
First Month – Performance Evaluation
The first month will be a freelance performance evaluation period.
- Performance-based stipend of up to ₹20,000
- Stipend depends on individual performance and results and is not guaranteed
- No company advertising budget during the evaluation period
- Advertising, software, and campaign expenses incurred by the candidate will not be reimbursed during this period
- Candidate will be expected to use their own marketing strategies, skills, tools, and resources
- Performance will be assessed based on campaign setup, traffic/lead generation, conversions, ROI, optimization, creativity, and reporting
Opportunity After Evaluation
Candidates who successfully meet the company's performance standards may be offered a permanent full-time position from Month 2.
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹65,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns
- Promote US-based affiliate products
- Research and evaluate affiliate products and offers
- Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
- Generate qualified traffic and leads
- Monitor conversions, CPA, ROI, and campaign performance
- Create and optimize landing pages
- Conduct keyword and audience research
- Test different ads, creatives, audiences, and landing pages
- Analyze campaign data and implement improvements
- Prepare regular performance reports
- Work with affiliate platforms including ClickBank and Digistore24
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with ClickBank and/or Digistore24
- Knowledge of US affiliate marketing
- Google Ads: Search, Display, Performance Max
- Meta Ads: Facebook and Instagram
- Landing page creation
- Lead generation and conversion optimization
- SEO and content marketing
- Google Analytics
- Basic understanding of tracking and campaign analytics
- AI marketing tools are an advantage
