Role Summary:
Lead the transition from SAP Solution Manager to SAP Cloud ALM by implementing and supporting key ALM capabilities including Process Management, Health & Integration Monitoring, Change & Deployment Management, Test Management, Requirements Management, Retrofit and Landscape Management across SAP S/4HANA and hybrid SAP landscapes.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive SAP Solution Manager to SAP Cloud ALM transformation initiatives.
Implement and govern Process Management to maintain business process hierarchies, requirements, process
documentation, and related artifacts.
Configure and support Change & Deployment Management, including transport governance, release management,
and deployment tracking.
Establish and support Requirement to Deploy Workflow and integration with project delivery processes.
Configure and manage Health Monitoring, Integration Monitoring, Job Monitoring, and Business Process
Monitoring for SAP landscapes.
Support Test Management, defect tracking, and release validation activities.
Manage Landscape Management, system onboarding, connectivity setup, and operational readiness.
Define retrofit governance, best practices, and operating procedures for SAP Cloud ALM adoption.
