- Educational Qualification and Experience
o Post Graduate, Graduate (B.Com, B.E., B. Tech)
o 5-7 years of experience in sales related function with understanding of sales procedures, dealer distributor network, sales schemes, offers and list price discounting process.
o Interpersonal skills
o Expert proficiency in MS office
o Analytical Approach
Main Responsibilities, Authorities & Accountabilities
o To provide detailed MIS reports of the Institutional business for facilitation in evaluating the business operations and financials.
o To provide Analysis of the business on the business parameters
o To generate Location and division wise MIS generation and its effective communication to te sales teams
o To Track systems and procedures. Understand the field requirements and assisting in carrying out the updating and development.
o Design requisite MIS on a timely basis in Oracle to assist business needs.
o Data Extraction and presentation of the analysis on a monthly time bound basis
o Variance explanation with budget estimate and previous year’s sales
