- Lead the design and execution of creative assets for digital marketing campaigns, including social media, websites, landing pages, emailers, ads, and presentations
- Translate marketing briefs and brand guidelines into impactful visual concepts
- Conceptualize and design creative ideas aligned with campaign goals and audience insights
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital and print touchpoints
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and digital marketing best practices
- Coordinate with clients or internal stakeholders for design approvals and revisions
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
- 2+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital-first design work
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, CorelDraw and similar tools
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy
- Experience designing for social media platforms, paid ads, and web interfaces
- Ability to think creatively while aligning with business and marketing objectives
- Strong communication, presentation, and teamwork skills
- Experience with motion graphics (good to have)
- Familiarity with branding and campaign-based storytelling (good to have)
- Knowledge of AI tools (good to have)
