Position Overview
We are seeking a highly driven and customer-focused CRM – Online Sales professional to manage and drive end-to-end online sales operations for our Lab-Grown Diamond Jewellery (LGD) business. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in CRM processes, customer relationship management, online sales conversion, and customer retention strategies, with prior experience in the jewellery retail domain. Exposure to international sales and global customer handling will be an added advantage.
Key ResponsibilitiesOnline Sales Management
- Handle complete online sales operations across all digital platforms including website, social media, marketplaces, and customer inquiry channels
- Manage customer inquiries from lead generation to final sales closure
- Drive online revenue growth through effective customer engagement and conversion strategies
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and delivery
CRM & Customer Relationship Management
- Manage and optimize CRM tools and processes for customer acquisition, retention, and repeat business
- Track customer interactions, follow-ups, and conversion pipelines
- Develop customer engagement campaigns to improve retention and repeat purchase rates
- Maintain accurate customer databases and sales reports
Customer Consultation & Sales Conversion
- Provide detailed product consultation to customers regarding LGD jewellery collections
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
- Handle customer objections professionally and close sales effectively
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in CRM and Online Sales, preferably in Jewellery Retail / Diamond Jewellery / LGD Jewellery
- Strong understanding of CRM processes, customer lifecycle management, and digital sales funnels
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and online sales platforms
- Excellent communication and customer handling skills
- Strong negotiation and sales closing abilities
- Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making capability
- Ability to manage multiple customer interactions efficiently
