- Oversee daily operations of multiple retail shops within the assigned cluster.
- Ensure sales targets are achieved and work on bringing in new sales opportunities.
- Monitor staff performance and ensure proper staffing at all outlets.
- Maintain high standards of customer service across all shops.
- Ensure proper stock management, inventory control, and product availability.
- Conduct regular visits to shops to check operations, cleanliness, and compliance.
- Coordinate with store managers and resolve operational issues.
- Arrange new health cards and police verification for workers as required.
- Handle renewal of shop agreements and related documentation.
- Check, report, and follow up on maintenance work and ensure issues are resolved.
- Prepare and submit sales and operational reports to management.
- Ensure company policies and procedures are followed at all locations.
