Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to generate new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the company's sales growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, social media, and networking.
- Contact potential clients and explain the company's products and services.
- Schedule meetings and presentations with prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and business presentations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in CRM or Excel.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good computer skills (MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM tools).
- Positive attitude with a target-oriented approach.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or any related field.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
- 0–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing is preferred.
