Job Summary
The Floor Incharge is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring smooth material movement, inventory accuracy, timely dispatches, and effective manpower management while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch operations.
- Monitor and manage warehouse staff attendance, productivity, and discipline.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and assist in stock audits.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and safety compliance on the warehouse floor.
- Coordinate with logistics, inventory, and operations teams for smooth workflow.
- Resolve operational issues and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Prepare daily operational and productivity reports.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate/Diploma in any discipline.
- 2–10 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in the automobile industry.
Skills Required
- Team management and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control.
- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
