Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and result-oriented Biology Faculty to teach NEET aspirants and Foundation-level students. The candidate should possess strong subject knowledge, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to simplify complex biological concepts for students.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and effective Biology lectures for NEET and Foundation batches.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, worksheets, and test papers.
- Develop high-quality study materials and question banks.
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and provide individual academic support.
- Monitor student performance and offer personalized guidance.
- Evaluate answer sheets and provide constructive feedback.
- Participate in academic planning, curriculum development, and faculty meetings.
- Stay updated with NEET syllabus changes and examination patterns.
Eligibility CriteriaEducational Qualification
- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Biology, Zoology, Botany, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related disciplines.
- B.Ed. is preferred but not mandatory.
Experience
- Freshers with strong subject knowledge may apply.
- 1–5 years of teaching experience in NEET/Foundation coaching will be preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong command over Biology concepts and NEET syllabus.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and mentor students.
- Proficiency in preparing academic content and assessments.
- Basic knowledge of online teaching tools will be an added advantage.
