Key Responsibilities
As an HR Intern, you will support our daily people operations. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Recruitment Support: Assist in sourcing candidate profiles from various job portals (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.), screening resumes, and scheduling interviews for hiring managers.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Help prepare onboarding kits, coordinate orientation schedules for new hires, and assist with collecting necessary joining documentation.
- HR Administration: Maintain and update digital employee records, databases, and HR trackers with high confidentiality and accuracy.
- Employee Engagement: Brainstorm, plan, and execute internal team-building activities, cultural events, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Policy Awareness: Assist in communicating company policies and answering basic HR-related queries from team members.
- Documentation: Draft official HR documents such as internship letters, offer letters, and certificates under the guidance of the HR Lead.

- Education: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration (MBA/BBA), Psychology, or a related field.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
- People Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with diverse personalities.
- Organization & Detail: Highly organized with a proven ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and maintain strict confidentiality.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace. Experience with any Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is a plus.
