We are looking for a versatile individual who is competent to handle merchandising operations to drive a key
business portfolio.
The Job:
Responsible to handle the end-to-end order management from PO entry to Shipment for the allocated
customer account.
Work on provisions related to Inventory and Accounts Receivable by identifying potential risks, reviewing
outstanding balances, and coordinating with finance teams for accurate financial reporting.
Responsible to work with the cross functional team on order follow up for development and bulk orders.
Ensure the customer communication on all orders are being communicated on time and if any feedback are
received the same needs to be updated to the relevant teams.
Strictly adhere to the Time & Action plan to achieve 100% OTD.
Liaise with internal / external cross-functional teams whilst building lasting relationships with the customer.
The Person:
Essential: Should be a good interpersonal skill to manage diverse customer accounts.
Possess a Degree in Marketing, Management, Textile Engineering or Any Other Equivalent Qualification
2 to 6 year experience as Merchandiser in Textile/Garment Industry.
Demonstrable Ability to Communicate, Present and Influence Key Stakeholders at All Levels
Good Analytical Capability.
Basic Computer Skills of Office Applications (working knowledge in SAP will be more advantage).
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
