Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Engineer with hands-on experience in plastic recycling operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of plastic recycling processes, particularly for PP and HDPE materials, along with experience in operating and maintaining extrusion and washing line equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage plastic recycling operations for PP and HDPE materials.
- Ensure smooth functioning of the recycling process from raw material segregation to final product output.
- Operate and troubleshoot extruder machines and washing line systems.
- Maintain production quality standards and optimize process efficiency.
- Inspect raw materials and recycled products to ensure quality compliance.
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to minimize downtime.
- Follow safety, quality, and environmental guidelines during operations.
- Maintain production records and process documentation.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Good knowledge of plastic raw materials and recycling processes.
- Understanding of PP and HDPE recycling operations.
- Hands-on experience with plastic extrusion machines and washing lines.
- Basic troubleshooting and maintenance skills.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and handle production challenges.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Diploma in Plastic Technology or Electrical Engineering.
- 2–3 years of experience in plastic recycling or related manufacturing processes.
- Familiarity with recycling plant operations and process optimization techniques.
