Job Responsibilities:
Providing exceptional customer support experience to the customers over the phone.
Previous experience in a customer support role is a plus
Customer Care Representative must have excellent communication skills along with active listening.
Customer focused approach.
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and a self-starter.
Customer Care Representative must be willing to work in rotational night shifts.
