Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Property Manager with a strong technical background to manage operations, maintenance, and resident satisfaction for premium residential societies. The role requires hands-on technical knowledge, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to ensure high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end property operations for premium residential societies
- Manage technical systems including electrical plumbing HVAC fire safety and STP WTP
- Plan and monitor preventive and breakdown maintenance activities
- Coordinate with vendors AMCs and service partners to ensure quality and compliance
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure assets are well maintained
- Manage society budgets OPEX CAPEX and cost control
- Ensure statutory compliance safety audits and regulatory requirements
- Handle resident escalations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with RWA MC members and stakeholders for smooth operations
- Maintain MIS reports maintenance logs and asset registers
- Supervise technical staff housekeeping and security teams
- Support handover snag closure and project related activities when required
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Electrical Mechanical Civil or related field
- Minimum 8 to 12 years of experience in property or facility management
- Strong experience managing premium or high-end residential societies
- Sound technical knowledge of building systems and services
- Good understanding of statutory compliance and safety norms

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
