Sales Executive – Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB)

Location: Ahmedabad, Surat, Vadodara, Rajkot, Gandhidham in Gujarat
CTC: ₹ 25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Upto 6.00 LPA) + Incentives
Experience:
- 1-3 Years of PEB / Steel / Industrial Project Sales
- Experience in industrial project marketing and B2B sales preferred
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Business Administration / Marketing or related field.
- Technical understanding of PEB and steel building systems will be preferred.
Preferred Industry:
Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) / Steel Structure / Industrial Construction / EPC Infrastructure / Warehousing & Logistics Infrastructure.
Job Purpose
To generate business opportunities and achieve sales targets for Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) solutions by developing strong relationships with consultants, contractors, architects, industrial clients and channel partners.
Key Responsibilities
· Identify and develop new business opportunities for PEB projects.
· Visit industrial areas, consultants, contractors, architects and prospective clients for business development.
· Generate inquiries and convert leads into confirmed projects.
· Promote company products and services to industrial and commercial clients.
· Coordinate with estimation, design and technical teams for proposal preparation.
· Prepare and submit techno-commercial offers to customers.
· Conduct regular follow-ups for inquiries, quotations and project finalization.
· Maintain strong relationships with consultants, PMC teams, contractors and decision-makers.
· Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned by management.
· Track market trends, competitor activities and pricing strategies.
· Update CRM / sales reports, visit reports and project tracking data regularly.
· Coordinate with execution and accounts teams for smooth order processing and payment follow-up.
· Participate in exhibitions, seminars and marketing events for brand promotion.
· Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and timely support.
Required Skills
· Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
· Knowledge of industrial and infrastructure project sales.
· Ability to develop consultant and contractor network.
· Good understanding of techno-commercial discussions.
· Self-motivated with result-oriented approach.
· Proficiency in MS Office, CRM and reporting systems.
· Ability to handle multiple inquiries and customer coordination.

· Inquiry generation and project conversion ratio.
· Achievement of sales targets.
· New customer and consultant development.

· Customer satisfaction and repeat business.
· Timely reporting and CRM updates.
Working Conditions
· Frequent travel across assigned territory for customer meetings and site visits.
· Participation in exhibitions, consultant meetings and industrial networking events.
· Ability to work under sales targets and project deadlines.
Health, Safety & Physical Requirements
· Compliance with company safety policies during site visits and industrial travel.
· Mandatory use of PPE at project and construction sites.
· Employees using two-wheelers for official travel must wear an ISI-certified helmet at all times while riding, in compliance with road safety regulations.
· Willingness to travel extensively across multiple industrial cities and project locations.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
