Job Title: Field Service Engineer – Laptop & Printer On-Site Support
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Field Service Engineer to provide on-site repair, maintenance, and support services for customer laptops, printers, and related equipment. The role involves visiting client locations, diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and ensuring optimal device performance while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit customer sites to provide on-site troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair services for laptops, printers, and related peripherals.
- Perform hardware repairs, parts replacements, and software troubleshooting as required.
- Install, configure, and test equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Maintain accurate service records, job logs, and customer reports.
- Coordinate with the support team for spare parts, technical assistance, and escalations.
- Provide preventive maintenance and guidance to customers on device care.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during all service activities.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain professional communication at all times.
