Job Summary
Adobe is looking for an experienced Adobe Campaign Consultant to join the Campaign Managed Cloud Services team. The role involves supporting enterprise customers by implementing, optimizing, troubleshooting, and maintaining Adobe Campaign Classic solutions. The consultant will work closely with customers to improve campaign performance, resolve technical issues, and provide best-practice recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and support Adobe Campaign Classic solutions.
- Troubleshoot campaign, workflow, and database-related issues.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries, ETL processes, and data workflows.
- Create and maintain JavaScript-based workflows and automation.
- Integrate Adobe Campaign with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Conduct health checks, performance tuning, and optimization of campaign environments.
- Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and recommend technical solutions.
- Collaborate with Adobe Engineering, Infrastructure, and Customer Success teams.
- Document solutions, best practices, and technical recommendations.
Required Skills
- 7+ years of experience in Marketing Automation or CRM Consulting.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Campaign Classic (ACC).
- Strong SQL development and database knowledge.
- Good programming/scripting experience using JavaScript.
- Experience with XML.
- Knowledge of ETL processes.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to work rotational/night shifts.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud products.
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Oracle Responsys, Braze, or SAP Emarsys.
- Consulting or advisory experience with enterprise customers.
- Experience in email marketing and cross-channel campaign management.
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,200,000.00 per year
