- Handle Production: Coordinate with tailors, karigars, embroiderers, and production staff to ensure smooth workflow
- Oversee the complete production cycle including sampling, fitting, alterations, finishing, and quality control
- Ensure timely execution of orders while maintaining premium quality standards
- Manage fabric sourcing, trims, embroidery placements, and production timelines
- Design and develop ethnic wear collections including lehengas, sherwanis, gowns, suits, and festive outfits
- Research fashion trends, color palettes, fabrics, embellishments, and market demand
- Work closely with sales/design teams to understand customer requirements, especially for custom orders
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
