Job Title: Academic Counselor
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and understand their educational and career goals.
- Recommend suitable courses based on students' needs.
- Explain course details, fees, and career opportunities.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Assist students with the admission process and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries and admissions.
- Coordinate with the academic and operations teams.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students.
- Achieve admission and counseling targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (any discipline).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in counseling, sales, or customer service is an advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
