Job Summary
The Marketing Activation & Branding Executive is responsible for planning and executing branding activities, on-ground marketing activations, promotional campaigns, patient engagement programs, and hospital visibility initiatives to improve brand awareness, patient footfall, and business growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesBranding & Promotional Activities
- Plan and execute hospital branding activities across internal and external platforms.
- Coordinate with vendors for branding materials such as flex boards, standees, posters, brochures, banners, and signages.
- Ensure proper brand visibility in hospital premises and outreach locations.
- Monitor brand consistency in all promotional communications.
Marketing Activation
- Organize health camps, corporate activations, apartment activities, society events, and awareness programs.
- Coordinate promotional stalls, roadshows, and public engagement activities.
- Support launch activities for new services, doctors, specialties, and packages.
- Conduct patient engagement and community outreach initiatives.
Digital & Social Media Coordination
- Coordinate with digital marketing agencies for social media promotions and campaigns.
- Support content creation for social media, WhatsApp campaigns, and branding communications.
- Monitor campaign performance and lead generation activities.
Vendor & Agency Coordination
- Handle printing vendors, event agencies, branding partners, and promotional material suppliers.
- Ensure timely execution of marketing requirements within approved budgets.
- Track invoices, quotations, and marketing expenses.
Corporate & Referral Marketing Support
- Support corporate tie-ups and referral marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate branding activities with corporates, clinics, and partner organizations.
- Assist in promotional activities for consultants and specialty departments.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain reports of branding activities, activations, leads generated, and campaign outcomes.
- Share monthly activity reports with management.
- Maintain marketing inventory and branding asset records.
Required Skills

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
