We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Site Supervisor to manage and oversee our interior and civil construction projects across multiple sites. The candidate should be willing to learn, take responsibility, and grow in the construction field.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to gain complete practical knowledge in interiors and civil works, as we will provide hands-on training to develop the skills required to eventually handle projects independently or even run their own business in the future.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise interior and civil works across multiple project sites
Monitor daily site activities and ensure work quality and progress
Coordinate with workers, contractors, and vendors
Visit sites regularly and ensure work is executed as per plan
Attend and interact with clients when required
Maintain site reports and work updates
Ensure timely completion of projects
Requirements:
Basic knowledge or interest in construction/interior works
Willingness to learn and grow in the construction field
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to handle multiple sites and responsibilities
Must be responsible, proactive, and hardworking
