Role Objective
To increase monthly revenue in a range within 6 months by:
- Driving student enrolments
- Filling peak and non-peak slots
- Executing profitable events
- Closing school and corporate partnerships
- Building a structured lead pipeline
This is not a branding role.
This is a growth role.
Key Responsibilities
Student Enrolment Growth
- Generate minimum 120 qualified leads per month
- Conduct trial coordination and follow-up
- Track lead → trial → conversion
- Achieve minimum 40+ new enrolments per month
- Run referral campaigns in apartments & schools
- Maintain CRM and daily reporting
KPI:
- Cost per lead
- Conversion rate (target 30%+)
- Monthly enrolments
Hyperlocal Marketing
- Tie-ups with nearby apartments (demo sessions)
- School outreach within 7–10 km radius
- Local banners & offline promotions
- Parent WhatsApp community building
- Weekend open-house events
Minimum 3 field visits per week required.
Event Planning & Revenue Generation
Plan and execute:
- Cricket league tournaments
- Badminton weekend tournaments
- Summer camps
- Holiday sports camps
- Corporate sports days
- Inter-school competitions
Each event must have:
- Budget
- Revenue target
- Sponsorship pitch
KPI:
- Minimum 2 revenue-positive events per month
Corporate & School Tie-Ups
- Pitch academy as training partner
- Close minimum 2 institutional contracts per quarter
- Build database of HR contacts & PE teachers
- Create partnership proposals
Digital & Content
- Manage Instagram & Google profile
- Run Meta & Google ads (basic level)
- Post testimonials & match highlights
- Generate video content weekly
- Ensure Google Reviews growth (target 10/month)
Reporting Structure
Reports directly to Founder.
Weekly review:
- Leads generated
- Conversion %
- Event revenue
- Institutional pipeline
- Slot occupancy %
Compensation Structure (Important)
Fixed: ₹30K–₹40K
- ₹500–₹1,000 per confirmed enrolment
- 10% of event profit
- ₹10K bonus per school contract
- Quarterly performance bonus
If you hit the intended revenue target, you should earn well.
If not, they shouldn’t be comfortable.
Required Skills
- 2–5 years in marketing/events (sports preferred)
- Strong sales mindset
- Comfortable with field visits
- Basic digital ads knowledge
- Data tracking discipline
- Negotiation ability

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
