Location: KMCH Hospital, Sulur
Job Purpose
To support the hospital's marketing and business development initiatives by building relationships with doctors, corporate organizations, insurance/TPA partners, referral sources, and the local community, thereby increasing patient footfall and strengthening the hospital's presence in the Sulur and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Hospital Marketing & Business Development
- Implement marketing strategies to increase awareness of KMCH Hospital and its healthcare services.
- Identify new opportunities to increase OPD, IPD, diagnostics, and other hospital service volumes.
- Conduct regular market visits to understand local healthcare trends and competitor activities.
- Doctor & Referral Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with referring doctors, clinics, nursing homes, and healthcare professionals.
- Regularly visit referral sources and communicate hospital services, specialties, facilities, and new initiatives.
- Track referrals and maintain appropriate records and reports.
- Corporate & Institutional Tie-ups
- Identify and approach companies, industries, institutions, schools, colleges, and other organizations for healthcare tie-ups.
- Support the team in developing corporate health-check packages, camps, and employee wellness programs.
- Coordinate corporate meetings and follow up on business opportunities.
- Community Outreach & Health Camps
- Plan and coordinate health awareness programs, medical camps, screening camps, and community outreach activities.
- Promote hospital specialties and preventive healthcare initiatives within Sulur and surrounding areas.
- Coordinate with doctors and hospital departments for successful execution of outreach programs.
- Patient Acquisition & Engagement
- Generate leads through field marketing, community activities, corporate visits, and referral networks.
- Follow up on enquiries and coordinate with relevant hospital departments to facilitate patient conversion.
- Identify opportunities to improve patient engagement and service utilization.
- Digital & Promotional Activities
- Coordinate with the marketing/communication team for local promotional campaigns.
- Support social media, WhatsApp, digital campaigns, brochures, standees, banners, and other promotional activities.
- Ensure that all promotional communication follows hospital brand and ethical healthcare communication guidelines.
- Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor hospitals, their services, pricing, packages, facilities, and promotional activities.
- Provide regular feedback to management regarding market trends and opportunities.
- Identify potential referral and business-development areas around Sulur.
- Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Maintain daily field-visit reports, referral-source details, lead reports, and follow-up records.
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing activity reports.
- Track performance against assigned targets and provide updates to the reporting manager.
Qualification
- Any Bachelor's degree; MBA – Marketing / Healthcare Management preferred.
- Candidates with relevant experience in hospital marketing, healthcare business development, pharmaceutical marketing, insurance/TPA, or medical services marketing will be preferred.
Experience
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in hospital marketing/business development preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and field-marketing skills may also be considered.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
