About the Role:
We are looking for dedicated and passionate Academic Mentors (Teachers) to provide one-on-one home tuition at student's homes in Trivandrum (All Subjects). The role involves guiding students in their academic journey, strengthening subject knowledge, and building confidence in learning.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized one-on-one tutoring to students at their homes.
- Teach subjects based on the student’s school curriculum (KG–12).
- Prepare lesson plans and practice materials tailored to each student’s learning needs.
- Monitor and track student progress, offering constructive feedback.
- Create a supportive, engaging, and motivating learning environment.
- Coordinate with parents to update them on their child’s performance and areas of improvement.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge in one or more school subjects (KG–12).
- Excellent communication and teaching skills.
- Prior teaching or tutoring experience preferred.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning styles.
- Commitment, punctuality, and a student-first approach.
- Must be located in Trivandrum and willing to travel to student's homes.
Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
