We are looking for a professional and welcoming Front Office Executive Cum Admin to be the first point of contact for our organization and manage daily administrative operations. In this role, you will balance high-impact front-desk relations with essential back-office support. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a polished professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment to keep our daily operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Management: Greet visitors, clients, and candidates warmly; manage incoming calls, filter inquiries, and route them to the appropriate team members.
- Office Administration: Oversee daily office maintenance, manage housekeeping/pantry staff, and maintain an organized, clutter-free reception area.
- Inventory & Logistics: Monitor and restock office supplies, stationery, and pantry inventory; handle incoming/outgoing couriers and document distribution.
- Operational Support: Assist with scheduling meeting rooms, basic data entry, maintaining internal files, and providing occasional clerical support to other departments.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in front office, reception, or general administration.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any stream (Graduate preferred).
- Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong telephone etiquette.
- Tech Proficiency: Solid hands-on experience with MS Office (Word, Excel) and email handling.
- Traits: High level of organization, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a sharp, well-groomed professional presence.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
