Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telecaller to join our finance team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers to inform them about financial products and services, generate leads, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote financial products (loans, insurance, etc.)
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information
- Explain product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria clearly
- Generate and follow up on leads to achieve sales targets
- Maintain customer database and update records
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing of applications
Requirements:
- Any Graduate / Diploma
- 0–3 years of experience in telecalling / telesales (finance background preferred)
- Good communication skills in Tamil
- Basic knowledge of financial products is an advantage
- Ability to convince and negotiate effectively
- Basic computer knowledge
