Gurukrupa Wire Netting Industries is seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager – Business Operations & Growth to lead our next phase of expansion and operational excellence.
We are looking for a results-oriented leader who can drive business growth, strengthen operations, build scalable systems, and develop high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business growth through strategic marketing, customer acquisition, and business development initiatives.
- Lead manufacturing operations to improve productivity, quality, efficiency, and profitability.
- Oversee budgeting, costing, financial planning, MIS, and business performance reporting.
- Develop and implement SOPs, KPIs, dashboards, and scalable business systems.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives across production, operations, finance, and administration.
- Drive digital transformation by utilizing Google Sheets, business analytics, automation, and AI tools.
- Build and mentor high-performing teams while fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's/ Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline. MBA is an added advantage.
- Proven leadership experience in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial organizations.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, production planning, quality systems, and process improvement.
- Experience in business development, operations, finance, and organizational management.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets, dashboards, data analysis, and business reporting.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute effectively.
