Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with Spanish-speaking customers
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries efficiently
- Manage and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain high-quality customer service standards
- Work effectively under pressure while maintaining a calm and polite tone
- Ensure proper documentation and follow-up of customer interactions
Skills & Requirements
- Fluent communication in Spanish.
- Experience in US Voice Process (required)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving ability
- Soft-spoken, patient, and composed under pressure
- High level of integrity and enthusiasm
