As an Application Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the design, development, and configuration of applications while coordinating closely with various stakeholders. The position demands proactive problem-solving and continuous collaboration to drive the successful delivery of application solutions within the team and across departments.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Oversee the end-to-end application lifecycle to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring for junior team members to support their growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align application development with organizational goals.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure PaaS.
- Experience with cloud-based application architecture and deployment models.
- Strong understanding of application integration and API management within cloud environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance on cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with security best practices and compliance standards in cloud application development.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Azure PaaS.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
