mandi king is seeking a dedicated and energetic Dishwasher to join our kitchen team! You are the backbone of our kitchen's hygiene and efficiency, ensuring all dishes, utensils, and equipment are sparkling clean for our guests and chefs. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and value cleanliness, we want you!
Responsibilities:
- Wash, rinse, and sanitize all dishes, glassware, cutlery, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashers or by hand.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing station, sinks, and surrounding areas.
- Empty trash, recycling, and compost bins as needed.
- Restock clean dishes and supplies for kitchen and front-of-house staff.
- Assist with general kitchen cleaning tasks and setup/breakdown of dish stations.
Requirements:
- Proven ability to work quickly and efficiently in a busy kitchen.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to health and safety standards.
- Reliable, punctual, and a positive team player.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift [X] lbs.
- Previous kitchen/dishwashing experience is a plus, but not always required!
