Electrical Engineer – Control Panel
Position: Electrical Engineer (Control Panel)
Location: Jaipur
Experience: 1–5 Years (or as required)
Job Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and troubleshoot electrical control panels.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and circuit diagrams.
- Selection and sizing of electrical components such as MCBs, MCCBs, contactors, relays, VFDs, and PLCs.
- PLC programming, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
- Installation, configuration, and maintenance of VFDs (Variable Frequency Drives).
- Knowledge of VRV/VRF system electrical controls and interfacing.
- Testing and commissioning of control panels at site.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and regulations.
- Prepare BOM (Bill of Materials), panel layouts, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with production, project, and maintenance teams.
Required Skills & Knowledge
- Strong knowledge of PLCs (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Delta, Schneider, etc.).
- Knowledge of VFDs and motor control circuits.
- Understanding of VRV/VRF HVAC systems and related electrical controls.
- Good knowledge of MCB, MCCB, contactors, relays, timers, and protection devices.
- Ability to read and design electrical circuits and wiring diagrams.
- Knowledge of control panel assembly, wiring, testing, and commissioning.
- Familiarity with electrical standards and safety practices.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical is an advantage.
Qualifications
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
- Relevant experience in control panel manufacturing, automation, or industrial electrical systems.
