Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and monitor daily textile production activities.
- Ensure achievement of production targets with optimum utilization of resources.
- Manage manufacturing processes including spinning, weaving, knitting, dyeing, processing, or garment production.
- Monitor production efficiency, wastage control, and machine utilization.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Dispatch departments.
- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and customer specifications.
- Manage workforce deployment, training, and performance.
- Maintain production reports, MIS, and operational records.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Textile Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field.
- 4-6years of experience in textile manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of textile production processes and quality systems.
- Good leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in ERP/MIS and MS Office.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
