Automation Engineer – Vision Inspection (Dome Camera) Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Automation Engineer with experience in Vision Inspection Systems and Dome Camera integration. The candidate will be responsible for developing, configuring, and maintaining automated inspection systems for quality control and production monitoring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain machine vision inspection systems using dome cameras.
- Configure and optimize camera settings, lighting, lenses, and inspection parameters.
- Develop automated inspection solutions for defect detection, measurement, and quality verification.
- Integrate vision systems with PLCs, HMI, SCADA, and industrial automation equipment.
- Perform testing, calibration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of inspection systems.
- Analyze production issues and improve inspection accuracy and efficiency.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and engineering teams to implement automation solutions.
- Generate inspection reports and maintain technical documentation.
- Support installation and commissioning of automation systems at client or factory sites.
Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
