ATCO Interiors Pvt Ltd is a leading name in home interiors and furnishing, dealing in premium ranges including Vox cladding and soffit panels, along with our luxury subsidiary Turquoise Luxury Redefined. We work with architects, designers, contractors, and retail walk-in clients to deliver premium interior and exterior solutions.
Role Summary
We're looking for a dynamic Showroom Sales Executive to manage walk-in customers, understand their interior/exterior design requirements, and guide them through our product range to close sales and build long-term client relationships. Freshers are welcome — full training will be provided on all our product lines.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and engage walk-in clients; understand their requirements and budget
- Present and explain product ranges (Vox panels, interior furnishing, Turquoise Luxury products) with samples/catalogues
- Prepare quotations and follow up on leads to close sales
- Coordinate with the design/purchase team for custom client requirements
- Maintain CRM/sales records and daily footfall-to-conversion reports
- Coordinate with the installation/service team for post-sale support
- Build relationships with architects, interior designers, and contractors for referral business
- Work toward achieving monthly sales targets
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience; freshers with strong communication skills and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply
- 12th pass or graduate in any stream (interior design diploma is a plus, not mandatory)
- Good communication skills (English, Hindi; Marathi is a plus)
- Presentable, customer-first attitude, eager to build a career in sales
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, WhatsApp Business, CRM tools)
What We Offer
- Fixed salary: ₹20,000–30,000/month based on experience
- Sales incentives: ₹500–1,000 per confirmed sale, or 1–2% commission above monthly target
