Key Responsibilities :Proactively contact prospective students and parents to introduce educational programs.
Inbound Query Management: Handle inquiries regarding courses, eligibility, and admission procedures.
Student Counseling: Provide counseling on career opportunities and program benefits
Lead Management: Update CRM software with call details, follow-ups, and interaction notes.
Target Achievement: Meet daily or monthly admission/lead generation targets
Experience: Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (preferably in education).
Technological Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong rapport-building, persuasion, and patient listening
