Job Responsibilities
- Conduct site inspections for bank property valuation.
- Take accurate site measurements of buildings and land.
- Verify property dimensions with approved plans and site conditions.
- Prepare detailed site inspection reports.
- Create AutoCAD drawings based on field measurements.
- Prepare floor plans, site plans, and building sketches.
- Document structural and architectural details.
- Capture site photographs and maintain inspection records.
- Coordinate with banks, valuers, and property owners.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of valuation reports.
Requirements
- Diploma / B.E. Civil Engineering / B.Arch
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Knowledge of building measurements and drafting
- Familiarity with bank valuation documentation is preferred
- Willingness to travel for site inspections
- Good communication and report-writing skills
- Freshers with strong AutoCAD skills may also apply
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
