Job Title: E-commerce Manager vs Digital Marketing
Experience: 4–8 years preferred
We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven E-commerce Manager to lead our online business across both B2B and B2C channels. This role will be responsible for managing marketplaces, D2C platforms, and B2B e-commerce operations, driving revenue growth, optimizing digital presence, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
E-commerce Strategy & Growth
* Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies for both B2C (direct consumers) and B2B (bulk buyers, distributors, institutions)
* Drive revenue growth across marketplaces, own website, and B2B portals
* Identify new online sales channels and partnership opportunities
Marketplace & Website Management
* Manage platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Tata1 MG, HealthKart etc. and company D2C website
* Oversee B2B ordering systems, bulk pricing structures, and client onboarding
* Optimize product listings, cataloging, pricing, and promotions
Digital Marketing & Performance
* Work closely with marketing teams to run performance campaigns (SEO, SEM, paid ads, email marketing)
* Plan and execute online promotions, campaigns, and product launches
* Improve conversion rates, and customer acquisition
Operations & Inventory Management
* Coordinate with supply chain for inventory planning across B2B and B2C channels
* Ensure timely order processing, fulfillment, and returns management
* Monitor stock levels to avoid stock-outs or overstocking
Data Analysis & Reporting
* Track and analyze KPIs: sales, margins, conversion rate.
* Generate regular reports and insights to improve performance
* Monitor competitor activity and market trends
Customer & Client Experience
* Ensure a seamless customer journey for B2C users
* Manage relationships with B2B clients, ensuring smooth ordering and support
* Address customer feedback, queries, and complaints efficiently
Required Qualifications
* Master of Business Administration
* Experience in e-commerce management (preferably in FMCG / Nutraceutical / healthcare products)
* Hands-on experience with marketplaces.
* Experience handling both B2B and B2C online sales.
Required Skills
* Strong understanding of e-commerce ecosystems (marketplaces + D2C + B2B portals)
* Data-driven mindset with strong analytical abilities
* Knowledge of pricing strategies, promotions, and digital funnels
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Experience in scaling D2C brands in Nutraceutical & hygiene category
* Understanding of compliance/regulations in Nutraceutical or hygiene products
