Role Description
We are seeking an energetic and responsible Dog Coaches to join our day team in a permanent full-time role.
This is a very hands-on role where you will be in charge of the care and training of up to 8 dogs every day. It requires comfort with all sizes and breeds of dogs, as well as attention to detail of canine body language.
When joining our team, you will receive training in canine behaviour, body language, dog group management, and safe handling protocols.

Your daily responsibilities will include
- Engage in appropriate play or activity with dogs, depending on their energy levels
- Supervision and management of dog group play
- Actively monitoring canine body language to prevent fights, and manage group dynamics
- Documenting daily activities including play, food and training
- Maintaining a fun and safe environment for all our canine guests
- Following our procedures for health & safety
- Participating in team training and daily meetings
- Communicating effectively with team members regarding details of dog behaviour
A successful candidate will be someone who is/has
- A genuine love for animals and desire to work with them
- Comfortable working with dogs of all sizes and breeds
- Highly responsible and reliable
- Has a good command of English or Hindi to communicate with the team
- Maintains high standards for sanitation and cleanliness
- Additional training or certifications in pet care is a plus (not mandatory)
- Experience working or volunteering in a shelter, rescue, or with a vet is a plus
Job Benefits
- In hand salary from 22,000 - 36,000 per month depending on experience
- Work Timings - 9.30 AM to 7.30 PM (with lunch break)
- Work Days - 6 Days per week, with rotating days off. Includes working on public holidays and festivals.
