Job Description
We are hiring a motivated Enrollment Advisor to guide and assist customers/students through the enrollment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective customers/students regarding programs and services
- Handle inbound and outbound calls
- Explain course/product details and enrollment procedures
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into enrollments
- Maintain customer records and daily reports
- Achieve monthly enrollment targets
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and convincing skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Customer handling and sales skills
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach
Qualification
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
