Job Description
KCIS is seeking a passionate and experienced Middle School English Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong subject knowledge, and the ability to inspire students through engaging and interactive teaching methods.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging English lessons for Middle School students.
- Develop students' reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, and communication skills.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and assessments.
- Evaluate student performance and provide timely feedback.
- Foster a positive and disciplined classroom environment.
- Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and active participation.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress.
- Participate in school events, staff meetings, and professional development programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in English.
- B.Ed. is mandatory.
- Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience in a CBSE or Cambridge school.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills.
Salary
₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance).
