AMEC Technology is looking for a hands-on Talent Acquisition professional to drive end-to-end hiring for our R&D and engineering teams across Electronics, Embedded Systems, Hardware, EV, and related domains.
This role is ideal for someone who understands deep-tech hiring, enjoys execution-focused recruiting, and can work closely with founders and engineering teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead hiring for Embedded, PCB Design, Power Electronics, Firmware, Hardware, and EV engineering roles
- Build strong pipelines through LinkedIn, referrals, engineering communities, and niche sourcing channels
- Source candidates from EV, Automotive, Electronics, Semiconductor, and Hardware companies
- Drive screening, interview coordination, candidate engagement, and offer closures
- Partner with founders and technical leaders to support hiring plans and team growth
- Support onboarding and basic HR operations within a startup setup
- Improve hiring quality, turnaround time, and offer-to-join conversion
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–6 years of technical recruitment experience
- Strong exposure to EV / Electronics / Embedded / Hardware hiring
- Excellent sourcing and stakeholder management capabilities
- High ownership with a strong execution mindset
- Ability to thrive in startup environments and work independently
