What We're Looking For:
✅ 8+ years of overall experience with at least 5+ years in UX Design
✅ Strong hands-on experience in Design Systems
✅ Expert-level proficiency in Figma (Mandatory)
✅ Proven experience in Mobile App Design (Android & iOS)
✅ Mandatory experience in the FinTech domain (Banking, Payments, Insurance, Wealth Management, Digital Finance, etc.)
✅ Experience working on Middle East/GCC projects (Mandatory)
✅ Strong knowledge of Arabic language support, RTL (Right-to-Left) design principles, and localization
✅ Expertise in creating user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI designs
✅ Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and client-facing experience
✅ Experience collaborating with Product Managers, Developers, and Business Stakeholders in Agile environments
✅ Strong portfolio showcasing UX case studies, Design Systems, Mobile Apps, FinTech products, and Arabic/RTL designs
Pay: ₹654,149.07 - ₹2,018,119.43 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Hyderabad, Telangana (Hyderabad, Hyderabad District)
