About the Role
We are looking for a Tele Caller to engage with aspiring entrepreneurs who want to start or scale their travel business. This is a consultative role, where your responsibility is to understand the prospect’s intent, qualify them, and prepare them for a high-value business consultation.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with inbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email
- Understand customer intent, background, and business goals
- Qualify leads based on seriousness, financial readiness, and timeline
- Clearly explain our Entrepreneurship Development Program (EDP)
- Schedule high-quality consultations for the sales team
- Maintain accurate updates in CRM
- Follow up consistently with interested prospects
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Ability to ask the right questions and understand people
- Confidence in handling premium/high-value conversations
- Basic understanding of sales or customer engagement
- Self-driven and disciplined in follow-ups
Preferred Background
- 0–1 years in Pre-Sales / Inside Sales / Customer Engagement
- Experience in service-based industries is an advantage
